The scope of application

This model, made specially for riot use, gives you complete protection for your face, head, neck and ears that other riot helmets can not match.

Designed for the maximum head protection and comfort, the helmet comes complete as shown below with shell, face protector, neck protector, head band and chin strap.

The material used is able to withstand severe degree og blows or stringent impacts from clubs, rocks or other projectiles. It can also withstand any type of acid or alkali.

Component

Helmet shell:Made from special type Acrylonitrile-Butadiene- Styrene(ABS) which has high impact resistance.

Interior:Made of cotton webbing.Cushion pad made of sponge is attatched to the top part of shell.

Chin strap:Made of cotton webbing.

Neck protector:EVA rubber pieces in cotton and Nylon fabric to prevent harmful liquids contacting the wearer in this area. Designed to give  high flexibility allowing easy head movement.

Face protector

Made of steel frame with 3mm thick polycarbonate sheet fixed.

Test:

Helmet is placed under the stricker which weighs 3.6kg.The striker raised to clear height of 1.5 metre is allowed to fall freely giving fair hit to the shell.This impact shall not cause damage or breakage in shell or other components.

Packing:One helmet per one inner box.
